Quick answers
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings โ your Apple ID โ Subscriptions โ Meepers. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription โ always cancel it there.
I bought Premium but the app doesn't show it.
Open Account โ Go Premium โ Restore purchases. If you're in a household, Premium from any member covers everyone โ make sure you've joined the household of the person who subscribed.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account โ Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, recipes, photos, plans, and pantry. It cannot be undone. If you own a household with other members, you'll be asked to hand ownership to another member first.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
Use your iPhone's Settings โ Notifications โ Meepers, or the notification preferences inside the app under Account โ Preferences.
An import didn't work.
Some sites and posts don't include recipe data we can read. Try the share sheet ("Share to Meepers") instead of copy-pasting, or scan a photo of the recipe. If it keeps failing on the same site, tell us via Help & Support โ those reports are how we improve the importer.
