Terms of Use

Effective July 11, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Meepers covering your use of the Meepers app. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account).

Your content

• You keep ownership of the recipes, photos, and other content you add.
• You grant us the limited license needed to store and display that content to you and to the people you share it with (friends, your household, or anyone holding a share link you created).
• Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is abusive. We may remove such content and suspend accounts that post it.
• When you import a recipe from a website or photo, you are responsible for making sure your use of that content is permitted.

Copyright

• Meepers is a personal recipe organizer. Recipes you import from a website, photo, or social post are saved to your private collection for your own personal use, and keep a link back to their original source.
• Respect copyright: only save or share content you have the right to use, and don't use Meepers to republish someone else's content beyond your personal use and the sharing features the app provides.
• If you believe content in Meepers infringes your copyright, see our Copyright & DMCA Policy for how to report it. We remove infringing material and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Premium subscription

• Meepers Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly; the exact price is shown in the app before you buy).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
• A Premium subscription covers every member of your household in the app.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Health disclaimer

Nutrition figures in the app (calories, macros, goals) are estimates for personal planning only. They are not medical advice. Consult a professional for dietary or medical decisions, and always verify ingredients if you have allergies.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
